From brief to finished tent, custom designs typically take 12-16 weeks. The first 2-3 weeks cover concept, 3D renderings and approval; manufacture and rigging trials run in parallel from week 4. We confirm an exact timeline as part of every design brief.

Once your deposit is confirmed, our experienced team will arrive on-site to rig your beautifully tailored stretch tent design with care and precision.

Management
Once your tent is installed, we provide ongoing support to ensure it remains in excellent condition. In the unlikely event of any issues, such as damage caused by extreme weather, we offer emergency call-outs for swift assistance.
Additionally, we offer a comprehensive maintenance plan that includes regular tent cleaning to keep your stretch tent looking as good as new.
Custom design adds cost in three places: bespoke fabric or print, design and engineering time, and a longer lead time. The exact uplift depends on tent size, complexity (bespoke shapes, laser-cut edges, branded panels) and quantity. We quote each project from a brief.
If you commission a bespoke design we agree IP terms in the brief. As standard, custom shapes engineered by our team remain ours; branded panels printed for your event remain yours and can travel with the tent or be re-printed for future events.
