Our modular truss systems hire out for fan zones, festival big screens, exhibitions, viewing platforms and stretch tent rigs. UK-manufactured, CNC-fabricated to fit the site, and rated for stage equipment, LED screens and lighting bars.

The system uses two core box section profiles that combine into countless configurations, including overhanging gable ends and bespoke shapes for restricted pitches. We supply the truss, the rigging, the crew and the on-site support. What goes into a modular truss build

Our modular truss uses two core box section sizes, 125 × 125 mm and 250 × 125 mm, manufactured in the UK. The two profiles combine into spans, columns, gantries and curved frames, with CNC fabrication for custom shapes that fit restricted pitches and irregular venues. The kit is aluminium and steel, rated for stage and roofing loads.

A typical fan zone or festival build pairs the truss with a stretch tent canopy on top, an LED screen rigged into the frame, a self-weighted floor underneath if the surface needs it, and lighting bars or fully thought out sound systems. The system is designed to assemble and dismantle quickly, keeping crew time on site and venue impact low.

Truss Side Walls

Our truss structures can be customised with side panels, either on one side or fully enclosing the space with a doorway. Additionally, we offer the option to print custom artwork on the material sides. These panels provide effective protection from rain and wind, creating a comfortable and sheltered environment inside.
